Football Cost
$260. Cost includes league registration, player jersey and helmet decals. Click here to view additional equipment required & paid for by parents.

In addition to registering, you will need to provide the following forms prior to training camp start on Aug. 3, 2009:
Physical/Medical Waiver Form
Code of Conduct Form
Full 2008-09 Report Card
Copy of Player's Birth Certificate

Refund Policy
No refunds are accepted after the start of training camp on Mon., Aug. 3, 2009.
