Full 2008-09 Report Card
Copy of Player's Birth Certificate

Refund Policy
No refunds are accepted after the start of training camp on Mon., Aug. 3, 2009.

Do you have questions about registration?

When is registration for the 2009 season?
Registration is from April 13, 2009 to July 6, 2009. However, because teams fill up quickly, it is recommended that you register as soon as possible.

How do I register my child?
Registration is done exclusively online. You can pay by credit card or mail a check. To begin the registration process, click on the "Register Now!" button above.

Where do I purchase the additional equipment needed?
There will be two equipment fitting sessions held: Thursday, July 9 & Thursday, July 16. Specific times to be determined. Please check this Website for further details on date, time and location of the fitting sessions. To see the equipment required that you'll need to purchase, click here.
